Hey LIC, just a friendly reminder: we’re hosting FREE  Sunset Yoga in Gantry State Park Saturday Sept 14th, & 21st if weather permits (no rain) from 5:30-6:30pm. We’re partnering with Dream Realty and they’re overseeing the music and DJ. They’ve done a fantastic job in the past and we look forward to more of the same! Join us and welcome in the Fall, the season of Harvest, acknowledge the transition and pay homage to Mother Nature. Also, we’re bringing back Music Classes for Babies &  Toddlers Tuesday, Sept. 10th- Dec 3rd. An 11 class card of $140 is available through the Sept 24th. After that, individual classes are available for $18 per class.

We’re offering an after school program of Kid’s Yoga on Thursdays, Sept 19th- Dec 5th, no class on Thanksgiving. Please visit our online store for further details.
