Power Pilates Fusion is a high energy, body sculpting, full body workout that will transform your body from the inside out. This mat class focuses on strengthening and stabilizing core muscle groups. We use weights, balls, bands, magic circles, and your own body weight as resistance; props to replicate reformer style workout, and stimulate your muscular energy. This class will keep you burning calories long after the class is over! Our classes are fluid, fun and will work you to the core! You will feel taller, and more grounded after class if you follow the full circuit. The Pilates Principles of Concentration, Control, Centering, Flow, Precision, & Breath are a great compliment to yoga or other MindBody practices.
